By accessing and using our services, you (the “Client”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Definitions- “Aesthetica Shyma,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the aesthetic clinic located in Dubai, providing cosmetic and wellness services.
- “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the person or entity seeking services, making inquiries, or engaging with our offerings.
- “Services” refers to all treatments, consultations, and procedures offered by Aesthetica Shyma, including but not limited to facial treatments, body treatments, injectables, skin care, and other aesthetic services.
2. General Terms of ServiceBy using our services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are under 18. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including your medical history, when booking treatments. You are responsible for ensuring that all the information provided to Aesthetica Shyma is current and truthful.
3. Booking and Cancellations- Booking: Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone, or in person. Once a booking is confirmed, the Client agrees to adhere to the scheduled time.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. No-show clients will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure subsequent clients are not affected. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
4. Medical and Health Information- Before any treatment is performed, all Clients are required to complete a comprehensive medical history form. This form is critical for ensuring that the treatments provided are safe and suitable for your individual needs. You must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or prior cosmetic treatments that may impact your treatment or recovery.
- It is your responsibility to inform Aesthetica Shyma about any changes to your medical history after you have filled out the initial form.
- Our professionals reserve the right to decline treatments if there are concerns about the safety or suitability of a procedure, based on the provided medical information.
5. Pricing and Payments- All services at Aesthetica Shyma are priced in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, if you have already booked a service, the price confirmed at the time of booking will remain unchanged.
- Payments for treatments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods available on-site.
- In the event that a package or treatment series is purchased, the full amount must be paid upfront, and no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the package, except in cases of medical contraindication as determined by our professionals.
6. Consent for TreatmentBefore undergoing any treatment, you will be required to provide explicit written consent. This consent confirms that you understand the nature of the procedure, its potential risks, and benefits. You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by Aesthetica Shyma to ensure the best possible outcome.
7. Risks and ComplicationsWhile Aesthetica Shyma strives to provide high-quality, effective treatments, all aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, allergic reactions, bruising, swelling, infection, or unexpected results. By agreeing to undergo treatment, you acknowledge that results may vary and that no guarantees of specific outcomes are provided.In the event of complications or adverse reactions following treatment, you should immediately contact us. Our medical team will provide the necessary follow-up care or advise you on how to manage the issue. However, Aesthetica Shyma is not liable for any permanent damage or dissatisfaction with results unless caused by negligence or malpractice on our part.
8. Confidentiality and PrivacyAesthetica Shyma is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and medical information collected during your interactions with our clinic will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing medical care and services. We do not share or sell your information to third parties, except as required by law or for purposes related to the operation of the clinic.By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the use of your personal data for treatment and communication purposes.
9. Liability LimitationsAesthetica Shyma’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services provided is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or physical injury resulting from a treatment.You agree to hold harmless Aesthetica Shyma, its staff, and affiliated professionals from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services.
10. Professional Standards and EthicsAll treatments at Aesthetica Shyma are carried out by trained and certified professionals who adhere to the highest standards of safety and ethics. We follow all local regulatory guidelines and strive to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all Clients. However, the results of some aesthetic treatments may vary, and it is important to have realistic expectations.If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your visit to discuss your concerns. We will review the situation and determine if additional steps are necessary.
11. Clinic Policies- Respect and Behavior: We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. Any form of verbal or physical abuse or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and you may be asked to leave the premises immediately.
- Age Restrictions: Certain treatments have minimum age requirements, such as Botox or dermal fillers, which are generally not recommended for individuals under the age of 18.
- Pregnancy and Nursing: Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always consult your healthcare provider before undergoing any procedure during these periods.

13. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
